Dupe For:

NARS Sheer Glow Foundation

Things to Rave About:

1) Feels and Acts Like a Primer: The texture of this foundation is very slick and silky, sliding effortlessly onto the skin and creating a smooth, even base.
2) Lightweight: This foundation is the closest thing you can get to a tinted moisturizer without being labeled as one. It has a lotion like feel that is extremely liquid-like and even a tad moisturizing.

3) Beneficial Ingredients:  The additions of goji berry and collagen create a 2 in 1 feature by permitting this foundation to not only perfect skin with coverage, but also treat it invisibly for hours once worn.

Things to Rant About:

1) Wears off Easily: Due to the watery texture, it is difficult for this foundation to stick and stay put onto the skin. The foundation never dries and turns matte but rather remains in a wet-looking condition.
2) May Turn Skin Oily: Due to the silky, dewy finish of this foundation, oily skin types should stay away, as a mix of this foundation and natural oils will create a greasy mess.

Is it For You?:

Yes, if you have dry skin and crave a hint of moisture and dewiness . No, if you have oily skin and need a matte, dry finish.

Ratings:

  • Price: 8/10
  • Performance: 7/10
  • Packaging/Applicator: 9/10
  • Durability/Quality: 6/10
  • Repurchase? No

Have you tried out this foundation? I'd love to hear your thoughts!

  6. Great post. I find that most liquid foundation makes oily faces even more oily.
