THINGS TO RAVE ABOUT
  • Easy to Apply: "It feels creamy and luxurious when you apply it, like a moisturizer, and it blends in perfectly with the fingers or a brush; I didn't use a sponge because lately, i'm too lazy...so I prefer my fingers, which give a nice, glowy finish to the skin." by JolieBelle
  • Great Packaging: "The application is easy, pump action makes it even better and the packaging is gorgeous." by Cosmetic Madness
  • Dewy, Not Greasy: "This is definitely a dewy foundation but I would never describe it as looking "greasy" or "oily". Healthy glow is the word. It gives a flawless and poreless finish, which looks "expensive" as some people may call it." by FrazzleDazzle
  • Highlighting: "It has a built in glow/highlighter, that creates a brilliant finish for those who don't like a matte finish." by Nostalgicdoll

THINGS TO RANT ABOUT
  • Limited Shade Range: "There are only 6 shades available so not the widest of choices and I also found that there isn't much difference between the shades, so not very impressive at all and those with particuarly dark skin would struggle to get a good colour match." by gemmakeup
  • Shimmery: "The thing that bothers me the most about this is the shimmer/sparkle thing. I really like just about everything about this foundation except for the sparkle. It's not crazy glitter, but I can notice it." by housesweet
  • Little Concealing: "It provides me with a light to medium coverage but didn't do anything to cover any blemishes or scarring I had." by fashiondoll20

IS IT FOR YOU?

YES: "If you have dry skin and prefer a healthy, dewy finish with medium coverage." by sparkleglittz
NO: "If you like a matte finish with full coverage and heavy-duty concealing." by raindrop

  1. I was a big fan of this foundation when it first came out but it just doesn't have any staying power :( big disappointment :(

I included it in my review of 5 foundations a few months ago. If you have chance, take a look :)

  8. I love your blog. The reviews are really honest and detailed. I've tried this foundation and I quite like it. I know what you mean about the shimmer though. Sometimes you can't notice it then you'll get in a certain light and you have disco ball face!

  9. It is more of an illuminator than an all over foundation. Apply this pigmented product to your cheeks, lids and even lip. But yes the glitter is too much for all over. ALSO, if the coverage is not enough...try using a non-cakey concealer for those red spots.
